SHIPPING & RETURNS

Sample Set Shipping

There will be a fee added to your final invoice for shipping sample sets to your club.
Further, it is the club’s responsibility to pay for shipping of sample sets back to us. We do offer local pick up if you reside in Calgary or surrounding area.

 

Final Product Shipping

Shipping costs for your final order will vary depending on your area and weight of package. If you provide us with your postal code we can give you an estimate but that will not be finalized until we receive your total order and can confirm the amount of garments and weight being shipped. We do offer local pick up if you reside in Calgary or surrounding area.

 

Returns

All items are final sale unless there is manufacturing related error within the garment, within a year of receipt. You must provide us with your receipt, and proof of manufacturer related defect.

Unfortunately, wear and tear can happen with garments, and that is not the responsibility of Inspired Athletics! Our products are tough, but so are kids! 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment Process

We use a third party online invoicing system at Inspired Athletics. Once we have collected your order we will transcribe it through the invoicing system and email it you. There will be a PDF attached with the details of your order: quantities, sizes, prices, logo details, tax, and shipping. Please take a close look at the order and confirm all of the details- this will be the last chance to revise your order, or catch any errors. We ask that no changes are made after this point. Upon receipt of payment, you are agreeing to the order details that are attached to your invoice. If changes are required, we will start a new order for you.

Our payment preference is cheque or E-transfer as there are not large fees associated with the use of either of these services. Alternatively, you can pay directly through the online link with PayPal, VISA, and MasterCard, whatever works best for you club!

Deposits

We will accept a 50% deposit on orders over $5,000 and this must be paid before your order is put into production. The balance remaining must be paid before delivery, please inquire if you would like this option.
